      buds:
Was having lunch with a friend couple of days ago and both she and her daughter went wide-eyed  when chubs said, \"Hmmm scrumptious....\" after digging into his lunch!

Your ds is ready for PSLE  I believe that word was tested. :rotflmao:

My bb can't speak yet. The GP mentioned that I will have to bring her to a specialist if she doesn't speak at 3yos. Will see how it goes. I didn't speak till 3 yos too. Maybe she has my speech genes :rotflmao:

Discipline? Ohhh i know that word too. Fortunately Montessori Method is child centric. šŸ˜‰

Unfortunately, mummy is the one delivering the lessons :rotflmao:

My DD2 miraculously decided to speak at 3.5 yrs old, SAHM_TAN. šŸ˜“ So how? Think need to ask your/the gp/pediatrician to give extra discount of another 6 months to 1 year. Or else :moneyflies:

Chubs oni know how to say. Still dunno how to read or spell it yet. :rotflmao:

Yes, GD is the mainstream rote learning (teacher directed). Montessori is the complete.. tailored version of a holistic education (child centric) that is like DSA kinda back up you know what i mean? :rotflmao:

I am trying to register my boy for playgroup in 2013 but seems like everywhere is full already šŸ˜ž how early must we start looking out for schools? I heard some even register their babies before they are born. I am staying around Simei.

memory training for ur 2010.. flash memory. give 1 word per day then after 1 week, ask him to recite the words in sequence.. you can use any category. e.g monday: aeroplane Tueday: add 1 new word e.g air balloon. but revise with first word. e.g after adding the new word, revise, aeroplane, air balloon.. continue.. this is one of the thing we do in shichida besides linking memory. hope this will give u some \"homework\" to do with ur 2 yo šŸ™‚

tips: u can add any bombastic vocab to expand ur child's vocab. they will pick up jst like that. i went thru this with my DD, we were amazed by their ability at this age. dun waste this window !

im checking out the heguru & happy train (waiting for their email replies).. not much info on heguru.. happy train is rather similar to Shichida.. and it's much cheaper..

How much cheaper? Sometimes think a class will help me to be more disciplined :rotflmao:

happy train is abt 660 per term with $70 1 time registration fee. Shichida is 800 plus per term with 300 deposit & $50 registration fees per year. This is fees for weekend class
