yes… everything is just old… i mean really old. wondering if they would at least get a new coat of paint… . it would be such a "culture shock" the P1 kids coming from nice nice preschool.

can go into the premise? when we went, the gates are all closed?
st nicks also go to a temp site, and they gave it a new coat of paint, so even thou the facilities look old, at least it looks new on the outside. it does make a diff.

i was there yesterday, the gate is open perhaps for the book shop. i took my daughter for a walk in the premise and went to take a look at her classroom. No air conditioning for sure. go take a look, might be a good idea to prep them.

                Hi,

My kids were in MBS and was at the circuit road holding school. The only major complaint I heard was only about the toilet. Some kids tried not to go to the toilet during school and only did their businesses when they reach home as they are not used to the toilet particularly squatting ones.

Also as it’s squatting types (less common in Spore now), kids do not know how to aim properly and end up soiling the toilet. This creates issue for the next user. My kids have no problem using the toilet and they sort of "get used" to it. My mum’s ex-HDB flat used to have those squatting toilet too so probably they were "exposed". Parents might want to watch this and guide the kids accordingly.

The toilet issue was brought up by a parent during a briefing session. The VP explained that it is dirty because the water supply was cut off when they took over the school. They assured the parents that this be will resolved soon.

oh dear…ds very particular abt toilet, he will control and refuse to go toilet at food centre, petrol station etc… but for the whole day…

anyway, i heard that the school does not keep the books/workbooks in the classroom like some other schools and they have to bring the books to and fro, is it true?

Squatting toilets??? My goodness… I don’t think many kids even know how to use those.
