I bought a music program for my dd. Quality sucks and i had an argument with the counter staff. They treated us like some kinda of \"cheapo\". Honestly if they have done a great job, we would have stayed on. They kept changing teachers. the whole system is great marketing but sadly, the vendors ain't doing themselves justice by doing a shabby job. Spoken to a few parents and the center and they were equally disappointed. Sigh
Hi, Groupon is having this deal for music lesson which I will like to buy it for my child, but I don't know if it is the same one that you mentioned. Could you pm the name to me? Thanks. -
anyone tried this ?

Bought something from Groupon but the thing suffered a premature death. As it is still within the warranty repair, I send the gadget to Groupon for repair. They told me they would get back to me in 5 days – 5 weeks’ time. Very long time period hor?
About 4 weeks after I had sent in the gadget, I received a call from Groupon saying agent could not repair. That was 6 Nov and I was like,”huh? what do you mean?” And I could feel my $$$ flying away… the lady said groupon would arrange for a refund. For once I very smart, I said I wanted the refund to be via my credit card (instead of Groupon credit). The lady said ok, could be arranged and that it would be shown on my credit card statement within 5-15 days. I do not recall that she specifically mention that it should be “business days” but I assume so.
On 13 Nov, another call from Groupon. This time, the staff said the refund via my credit card had been processed and that I would received it(or should it be “see it in my credit card bill”) in 5-15days.
Erm…. To process, needs 5-15days. To ‘receive’, needs another 5-15days? Ok, I wait.
To be updated (on when I actually received my refund)…. -
the shipping cost for photobook is $12. If i didnt rmb wrongly, they use fedax. i consider the price reasonable.
the previous 2 books, i did receive within 7days. i just send another book for print last friday. so lets see how long it will take this time.
generally im quite happy with some of their deals. but to say, not all the deals are worth buying. like some of the travel deals, too many restriction and extra charges. you could probably get similar or cheaper deals from travel fairs. -
Thanks mummy chua… i bought 1. There is one more kodak photobook, any comments? hee…
