I thought orientation was on this Saturday (3 Nov) or did I get it wrong? Yikes! Must go back and check the notification slip again!
confirmed ... 17 Nov (Sat) -
Thanks!
I managed to dig out the slip yesterday and confirmed it to be 17 Nov.
Phew … thanks for mentioning it in the thread… otherwise, DH and me will be turning up on the wrong day, like goondu … Aiyoh. Dunno why we thought it was the 3 Nov. -
Hi hi, is the orientation open to public as well?

Hi there,
Can anyone advice me what I should do?
My girl has just been accepted into MGS.
She will be p5 next year.
I’m happy but at the same time worried.
I have tried since p2 to get her in but failed.
Finally she got in but I’m worried about
the girls there. Are they friendly and nice?
Or snobbish?
I told myself I can’t miss this opportunity yet
worried that socially she can’t adjust.
Not worried about academics as I can help her but
socially.
Does anyone know how many new girls get
transfer in every year?
She’s also very undecided.
I’m worried her PSLE score from another Sch
will not get her in to MGS sec.
Any advice? -

Hope your DDs and you enjoyed the P1 Orientation yesterday. Can any of you share who is the Form Teacher assigned to your P1 class?
If you have any questions regarding P1, feel free to ask..... -

Hi MGS Moms and Educators,
I have 2 MGS newcomers under my wing in 2013. One in P3 and the other P4. Parents have asked me how the banding of the classes work. If it’s not to inconvenient, may I ask some parents here about what they know? PM or open forum is fine.
Love,
