Hi anyone got experience if heat pad is necessary for temp between 3-5'c? If so, how many is enough per day


1) For body
2) for palm
3) for foot

I was really kiasu and brought 24 pieces of heat pads thinking that we need them when the temperature falls below zero. But our body somehow got used to the cold and we didn't need them at all even when we were up in the snow mountains where it was snowing and the temperature was below zero.

I will say that a good pair of shoes preferably leather boots, warm undies, cashmere pullover and scarf and a hat plus of course a water proof jacket are more important than the heat pads. Use them once when my dd had to wear short sleeves at 4 degrees for an event. Stuck one under each sleeve and between thermal wear and tee shirts.

Î hope is helpful. And not forgetting a pair of gloves to keep your fingers warm at all times. Buy mosituriser and lip balm at Body shop Europe are cheaper.

I also didn’t use any heat pads. Lived in Europe for a while. When we first experienced temperature dipping below 0 degrees, we were not prepared. My toes were all numbed and my boy was crying badly. I quickly bought leather boots (covered almost all the way to knees) for myself and for my boy, snow boots and also thick winter socks. Wow! What a big difference they made! We didn’t feel cold anymore, even though we were wearing the same winter clothings. Hence, to me, a good pair of winter boots and socks are most important.

Yes just bought moisturiser from the body shop here. Was recommended to use \"intense\" type by the sales girl. She say suitable for Europe use. But not cheap....$27 compare to those $5 Nivea moisturiser cream seen in Ntuc.

Body shop in Italy and UK are very cheap compared to home. After tax refund, nearly 40% cheaper esp their tree oil series.

Didn't notice body shop in Paris and didn't go to Brussels can't advise in that sorry.

At Paris, long champ and other branded are almost half price :evil:

In uk outlet, Prada sling bag sold at 500pounds, was told it is def more than a few k at home.

U could check out the price of your favorite items and compare the px in Paris. Besides euro is even cheaper now.

Bodum stainless steel travel mug bought at 19 pounds, saw it last week at taka for sgd 108 exactly the same.
