Ya.. can't believe P1 has finished... and school holidays start..

Yup, our kids are marching onwards to greater challenges.

Have to clear DD1's bedroom 1st then buy the P2 books... Now only half way

Btw dear parents, do u keep the worksheets? I only keep the Test Books for my DD2... Activity books throw?

I keep worksheets but throw the activity bks and exercise bks. I can't reuse the textbks either. Maybe except for music and art.

For DD, P1, P2, I threw everything except some textbooks that DS’s school is also using. DD now in P3, I am keeping only the Science notes, worksheets and textbooks as they are still relevant. Dumping the rest.

Your ds already has a cca in P1? Wow! that was fast! Normally cca only starts in P3.

I went to Popular to get the textbooks yesterday and when I compare the price, certain textbooks in Popular are more expensive than the sch bookshop. One of the book was even 22% more than the sch bookshop! :yikes:

For performing arts... Students can join since p1..
Ds joined brass band in mar this year... Many of his friends joined too in June...

He asked to join... So we think also good...
Less noise at home on his cca days.... Hahaha

For dd1’s school, the P1s - P2s have the option to join CCAs. In P3s all will be strongly encouraged to join at least 1 CCA.

DD1 will be joining the Chinese Dance as CCA in P2 as she love dancing
