I was hungry all the time during the 9 months expressing milk. Lost the extra pounds after 1 month. Breast feeding is indeed a good workout.
Your food looks sumptuous and I am sure it tastes just as wonderful.

Hi janet_lee88. Yah, the hunger was at times until buds_hubs thought i was preggie again! :rotflmao: No periods during breastfeeding year for me for all the kids so far, so very hard to know ovulating or not. Not that i'm counting or anything. :politebleah: Yes, the fish curry was a sell out at Buds' Kitchen and the family usually likes it with roti prata the following day.

Today's lunch. Shirataki noodles in miso soup.

Surprising the girls with a new something i'm trying out today.. They called to update me that the bus is late... feeder bus during peak hour like now is unpredictable... so travelling time plus minus walking the way back home, should take another 15-20 mins. By then the fish will be done and can be served fresh and hot from the oven. Literally. Hope they will like it. My first try. :xedfingers:
