MOE only said they wouldn't announce. They didn't said school or student themselves cannot announce. If the TOP student or parent want their face in newspaper, they can approach Zaobao themselves. Whose know right? Tonight maybe the TOP scorer face is on newspaper liao. :heresmyfish:

maybe this year a dark horse from neighbourhood school gallop and spring forward to the front shriek \"Here I am !\", challenge those from usual 9 GEP centre.
