Go check the documents that came with your dd's PSLE results. The one that's sealed. It'll indicate that your dd qualified for EESIS. Unless you're not Singaporean?

Does PR qualify EESIS?

No EESIS is for Singaporeans only.

I think GEPpers who do not qualify for EESIS and are joining Independent schools have a different scholarship that they can get.
You mean other than EESIS (of which, they need to meet the GEP promotion criteria), they still can get a different scholarship even thought they do not meet the GEP promotion criteria but make it for Independent schools?

I am third generation singaporean leh.

My kids 4th generation.
Then your kid would have qualified for EESIS. Did you check the documents properly?

Yes, please check or call MOE to confirm.

Any parent can confirm that their dc receive EESIS with T-score < 265 but their their Dc is not GEPper?

Are you sure they already receive EESIS ?

Are they DSA students ?
My daughter got 265 + 3 and didn't get form or anything for EESIS.
U do not get a form. It's just a paragraph in the S1 option form given to everyone.

Look at point 1a. EDUSAVE ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOLD (EESIS)

The first line under that header will state that your child is eligible for EESIS.

So, non-GEPper with 265 score but has DSA received EESIS

There is a potential case of no EESIS offer for non-GEPper with 265 score but with no DSA offer (in the case of garfield_plus's) - yet to be confirmed - anyone can confirm?

As far as I understand, whether a child is GEP or not, and whether he has a DSA offer or not, has no bearing on eligibility for EESIS. Unless things have changed since last year, that is. Last year, my daughter, who was not GEP and did not get a DSA offer, was still offered EESIS.
I think you have misunderstood the point! We are trying to establish the COP for top 3% of the whole cohort who has received EESIS. We are trying to understand why there is a case of no EESIS offer for non-GEPper with 265 score but other non-GEPper with 265 who has received EESIS. BTW, GEP does has bearing on eligibility for EESIS. Please refer to the postings on the eligibility. For GEPper, they do not need to meet this COP for top 3% performer of the whole cohort. They just need to meet the GEP promotion criteria.

But has that parent posted that she has checked the documentation and confirmed that there was no EESIS offer? I don't recall a reply, so I am assuming that she may have overlooked that paragraph?

Exactly, I had mentioned in my posting that there is a potential case (not confirmed yet!).
