Yesterday, I made the below with Flowermonaster's recipe and it turns out well.

I tried posting the making process pics but was not successful due to heavy traffic connections.

      Anyway, here's the end product.

How long does it take to make your yummy bread? Need to consider for either lunch or dinner.

Haha, Yah, or else cook and no one appreciates, a bit depressing.

When I cook or bake something, I will think, ok this much, so this many for my sis, this many for ourselves, and this many for office, etc. But once DH starts eating, most likely, enough only of self and sis.

Thanks Flower, it was indeed delectable! We finished 3 of them during dinner and I sent the last one into the freezer. Today, I make another batch, this time using half wholemeal flour and no herbs.

Oh yes, I added Oregano and I altered your recipe btw. Was there a typo error in the salt? 1 TBSP? isn't it too much? I used walnut oil and added Oregano and omit the wheat gluten which I thought it wasn't necessary. I will only add wheat gluten if I am using totally wholemeal flour.

Today's batch was kinda bake without a \"heart\",in hokkien they say 无心. I actually forgot I had dough in the BM and left in there for too long. The bread is still edible but the shape is 'off'.

Glorymom, It takes me about 4 hours from start to finish. Like yesterday, I started at 10 plus am and ended after 2pm.

No leh, accordingbto recipe it's 1 Tbsp salt. Guess can reduce if it's too salty. 😄

See your bread make me wanna bake them again. May b will do so on Mon.
