Holy Innocents High
St Gabriel’s Sec -

What is your child's MT? All schools will have Malay & Chinese. There are only aMy DD scored 218 in Sengkang area school. She wants to go CHIJ St Joseph, but COP is 227.
My preference is.. girls school, nearby and good 'O' level results. pls help me to find 3 girls schools and 3 mixed schools based on 218..
Some good schools don't have mother tongue, we have to go other schools after school hours to study MT, will it affect her studies?
few co-ed schools in NE with COP of 218 & below. You can try Compassvale, Edgefield, North Vista & Holy Innocents.o -

Hi Koguma,

For a child with 214 and staying near tampines/ pasir ris, what would be a good recommendation? I think schools in bedok/ tampines/ pasir ris are within area of consideration.
Anyone familiar wtih Coral Sec? Is it good? Can't really see the academic performance from website. Read the success stories but it's mainly from ex-students who did well in poly....
Search for \"GCE 'O' Level Examination Results\".
Any feedback on the school? It seems to be 50% express and 50% normal??? Any idea? Asking for nephew. Hope that they make the best possible decision at this point.
Besides this school, what other decent choices can he make for sec schools in bedok/ tampines/ pasir ris area? -

Hi all. I am a student. I got 261. I put RGS as 1st choice and NJC as 2nd. Is it risky? Shld i change and put NJC as first choice?

My DD score is 218 and stay in Sengkang
My choices are:
1 CHIJ St Joseph-227
2 Payalaber methodist-233
3 Bowen-223
4 Compassvale-215
5 Edgefield-212
6 Sengkang-196
For choices 4 and 5 have no Tamil MT, so have to study MT in Sengkang Sec after school hours.
Any advice pls? -

For 214, you may want to check out the following schools. Not sure what you meant by 50% express and 50% normal. However I noticed that for neighbourhood schools (especially Bedok areas) who median scores between 210 and 220, the number of express classes is about 4 or 5, follow by 2 NA and 1 or 2 NT. I think the same pattern happens in other part of the country.
BEDOK SOUTH SECONDARY SCHOOL (COP: 213 - 228; Median: 216)
CORAL SECONDARY SCHOOL (COP: 210 - 251 ; Median: 214)
EAST SPRING SECONDARY SCHOOL (COP: 208 - 244; Median: 213)
BEDOK GREEN SECONDARY SCHOOL (COP: 205 - 247; Median: 209)
DAMAI SECONDARY SCHOOL (COP: 202 - 228; Median: 207)
TAMPINES SECONDARY SCHOOL (COP: 204 - 227; Median: 207) -
You might want to try out for SCGS. I am an SC student and I don't regret coming in here. And I take around one hour to travel to school too so

Any advise on Pasir Ris Sec and Pasir Ris Crest?
-
My child scores 215 and we stay put in the East. We are considered to put him to Coral Sec School and Tampines Sec School. Anyone know about these two schools?
Any advise to put Coral Sec School or Tampines Sec School as 1st choice? Do anyone know the school timing?
