Does anybody know the name of an extremely good Maths teacher who can spare 2 hours just to clear my dd’s doubts in Maths. My dd is a reasonably bright kid who gets around 95 and 97. However she has some doubts while doing past prelim papers. I myself finding it difficult to solve them. any suggestions. Her best subject is Maths so wants to help her out.

She could approach her school Maths teacher & the teacher might solve the problems during lesson time. Alternative, she could discuss the few challenging questions with classmates who are good in Maths. It is not necessary to get a tutor for one 2 hr session, just to solve a few questions.

there is a difference between primary 6 and psle assessment books.
primary 6 assessment books for chinese consist only of 12 chapters from textbook, while psle ones will cover more...taught from p4 up to current.

                      Hi,

I quite like those assessment bks by Teachers at Work. Also good are those math bks by Fan. 😄

Other than these 2, past yr prelim papers by top schools are a must for all my kids. :hugs:

Those PSLE assessment books for chinese can be used from June...in the meantime, you can get one for primary 6 bcos there is CA1/SA1. PSLE assessment can be used for English.
