sweetbaby, i saw the Moll Champion desk at ergokid in wheelock place. it's really nice. it's more expensive than the taiwanese brands from kid2youth, kinder fun and ergo works. but then again it's like comparing a bmw against a toyota. i think the champion is about $1700. I saw on ergokid's Facebook they are having a 10% discount until Dec 21st. I'll probably get one too but a bit undecided between the Runner and the Champion. You can check their website on http://www.ergokid.com

            Papa Beng:
Just came back from kid2youth in suntec. They have a promotion with table, chair, bag and a couple of other accessories, at about 1300. I did not want the bag, which costs Sgd 89. Other than deuter branded bag, they allow u to upgrade and pay price difference.

I wanted a deuter bag so asked to buy a chair mat and pay price difference. Initially the sales person said no, as boss said no before and condition is buy 2 sets than can. I insisted and was prepared to walk away. Sales called boss, whom agreed. So 149 chair mat bought at 60.

The deuter bag is not available in s size for the color I wanted. Went to tiong bahru and get it. All in all, productive day.

Btw, delivery available on Saturday from kids2youth. Hope these are useful info. Cheers and have fun.
I heard that they will also be offering Sunday deliveries if there is enough demand.

                Dazz:
wow... I speed read through the posts... so, in summary.. there are 5 companies in SG selling ergo tables and chairs for kids? Kids2youth, crosscom, ergoworks, kinderfun and atwood??

headache... to go to 5 places to try out?? hhmm...
I think u just néed to settle down with the more established and reputable stores, like majority singaporean will choose for a \"safe and wise\" choice, u wont be choosing a chery if u can opt for mercedes. Its might be even safer to buy products that are endorsed by doctors. With these mentality you will easily zoom down to your RIGHT choice 🙂 and without headche now and future..good luck and lets be a wise consumer. Internet source could be a generic reference but not for wise consumers to believe blindly, after all virtual is not equal to real, right? Just shaing my 2 cents here

                  Mod's Note

                  Gentle reminder

                  http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?p=293162#p293162

We would like to state, in no uncertain terms, that we consider service providers who sign up accounts on KiasuParents.com to masquerade as satisfied customers to be committing FRAUD.

Any service provider that we determine to have perpetuated such fraud on KiasuParents.com will be publicly blacklisted to warn the community about the lack of integrity of these service providers.

Promote yourself the proper way. Sign up for accounts on KiasuParents.com using your Company's name to identify yourself to parents, and service your customers with honest sincerity and passion. That will bring about much more respect (and business) than you hope to gain through unethical means.

As I understand those ergonomic tables and chairs for children selling at ergoworks and Atwood are easily available in the market with better price. More trading companies will bring them in. Maybe just wait for awhile or look around

:rahrah: Applauds to the Moderator to send out the gentle reminder to these providers and hope it can spare us from these biased and unethical trying to promote their brands in the forum thread.

Sorry but I have to single out one of the companies here, they are from the same company and impersonate into multiple identities and promoting here. Please stop doing this. What we wish to see is customers who had bought the products and give a personal and fair review of the products.

There are total six companies in Singapore carrying different brands(oldest to newest):
                      1. Crosscom(Forum Galleria) - Moll System(Made in Germany)
                      2. Kinderfun(Centrepoint &United Square) - Comf-pro((Made in Taiwan)
                      3. Ergoworks(Centerpoint, Marina Square & Causeway Point) - Kuangshin(Taiwan)
                      4. Jarrons & Co(City Square Mall)-Kettler(Made in Germany), ROVO chair(Germany), ErgoSmart(Taiwan)
                      5. Kid2Youth aka ErgoKid(Suntec City and Wheelock)-Kids2Youth(Taiwan) & Moll(Germany)
                      6. Atwood(Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park)-Kuangshin(Taiwan)

Hope this info is useful to all parents.

                        I give up!!!

It’s too confusing here. I’ve decided to put off the idea of getting the ergonomic table and chair for my son at this moment in time.
