I just called the Sec school to enquire about the appeal process.
You can pick up the appeal form from the school tmrw. Prepare copies of PSLE results, CCA… for submission together with the form on 20Dec.
Good luck to all planning to appeal! -

I can only remember the following:
1) Cash $$ for books and uniform (~$400-$500 should do, but for IB programme, may be more as textbooks tend to cost more)
2) bank account # for school fee Giro
Thanks! So we have to lug the textbooks home ?

Yes, unless you intend to go back later to get textbooks again.Pen88n:

Note: There are some schools which have books (eg. literature textbook) which are only available from their bookshops - eg. even if the bookshop is run by Popular, they don't carry the book in other popular stores islandwide. Or the literature book is not commonly used and available elsewhere. We have encountered that before. -

Yes, we have to lug the heavy and expensive books home on 20/12. Hope I get to purchase all the uniforms, books and files whatsoever that day...spare me another round. My friend just told me how expensive some sec textbooks cost.
