Studious Alien:
Thanks a lot for the info! BTW, it's not the weight I'm worried about. It's just that I'm not sure how big my school bag should be.
Ah, I see. People survive with jansports and whatnot. So it should be fine
HELLO. WELCOME TO THE FAMILY.themutantgerm:
Hi,
I've been posted to this school (IP) and would like to ask a few questions.
1. How many days in a week do you guys usually have PE?
2. How many books/files do you guys usually carry around in your school bag?
TIA!
1) We have one pe lesson per week as a class (1hour), one mass pe session with other classes (half an hour) and morning jog once each week. Sports here is as serious as academics, I tell you. Everyone gets tan lines
2) If it's the weight of your bag you're worried about, dont worry! It's manageable. There are lockers in the classroom you can use, too
But if you stay further away from the school and you need to travel long distances back home, I suggest you get one that has good support. Or you'll end up with sore shoulders on crowded public transport. Trust me, it's NOT nice.

Hello,
Sorry to trouble you guys again but I have two more questions.
1. How much pocket money do you receive from your parents on a daily basis?
2. On PE days, are we allowed to wear our PE attire with the pinafore over it directly or do we wear our uniform to school and bring our PE attire to change?
TIA! -
I receive $30 a week in lower sec and $40 a week in upper sec

Each CCA helps the school individually, really. Even those so-called \"slack\" CCAs. Every CCA is equally busy either preparing for sports meets, syf, scrabble competitions...
If you're wondering about the points, based on the number of cca points most of us have gathered so far (im in sec1 this year), we have no worries

Hello parents, school is starting in a week time.I guess is time to start letting your dd learn to wear double layers (2 shirts) at home so that they can adapt to the heat when school starts. As heard from my dd,most students will start wearing their uniform with a shirt (mostly pe attire) inside in secondary school. My dd is starting this practice tomorrow so wonder if any parents will agree and follow my saying.
