Step 2 is necessary if your image is wider than 640 pixel, otherwise you can skip this step and leave it as default.

At the screen where you view the pm from that member, at the bottom of that member's pm, there should be 2 options - a 'block author' and a 'delete message'. click on the 'block author' to block future pm.
