Thanks for the info, i wonder how many kids got 250 and above? LHPS usually lists down PSLE achievements in their website, i guess chances of them doing the same this yr is low low low…

            Hi tbsp

My girl is in Garnet P1! Although not in same class, below is the content I copied down from the power point slide FYI:

Day 1: pupil handbook (will be given in Jan), Homework file, storybook, stationary (pencil case with 2 sharpened pencils, 1 blue pen, 1 eraser, 1 ruler and a sharpener, colour pencils), Math workbook 1A Part 1 & Par 2, Mother tongue workbook/ activity book 1A, 2 single line exercise books (for mental sums and spelling), Jotter book with lines, STELLAR handwriting 1

Day2: Pupil handbook, Homework file, Storybook, stationery, English file (blue), Math file (pink), Problem solving file (purple), Science file (green), mother tongue file (orange), social studies activity book, health education pupil's book, Report book

Instructions will be given to pupils on what to bring from Day 3 onwards

Note: Files, workbooks and activity books will be collected by respective subject teachers.

Pupils are to wear school uniforms for the 1st week of school (not physical education attire)

            Hope this helps!

              Hi Sunnyh,

              Thanks for the help!
Was Garnet P1 teacher mentioned about the whiteboard and coloured markers during the Orientation day?
Hmmm…seems like the Ruby class teacher has a different slides as she had talked about the whiteboard for Day1.

Hi…my daughter just finished P1 and is moving upto P2 this Jan. I just heard from another parent that they entire cohort of P1 had a test in mathematics and English before the end of the school year. But i don’t recall any test results being shared to me…are there other P1 parents here who heard of such? The parent told me that the result was indicated in their "yellow booklet"…hope someone can shed some light on this…

                        Hello everyone!

My child is in Lianhua Primary 1 this year and I have joined the Lianhua PSG. How fast time flies! It's the 3rd week now and my son has been coping pretty well. The hours are sure long and from next wk, school ends at 4pm on mondays due to PAL. I'm pretty worried how he's going to cope. Tht will be another hurdle to cross. How have you all been coping? It's a change of routine for us parents as well. Hope to share our stories and be of support to one another. Hoping to hear from you pple soon! Take care till then. 🙂
