Thanks for this! I think you swapped RI and RGS 2008 COP. RGS was 263 and RI was 262.

Thanks for pointing that out, have amended! This maid must be seeing too many numbers since this morning! 😉

Woh . . . seems like these top schools have their COP drop. Anyone out there knows the reasons? If the COP dropped, that means the overall performance of the students had dropped as compared to the results for last year, so does it mean that the top 13 scholars in the list of MOE are really smarty - smarter than the 2008 top students? Just curious .

Congrats to all those who got into their choice school - well done and cheers.

Sorry to burst the bubble, but I don't think I have the time to colate the COPs for Normal Stream. It is already very tedious colating the COPs for the Express Stream. Hope you understand. Please feel free to start another thread for the COPs for the Normal Stream though.

Is not that they are exempted but affliated students are given priority. If they have 200 vacancies and there are 200 students who put them as first choice, they must accept all of them (just a matter of putting them in Exp or NA).

The situation is such that students from affliated schools usually take up all the vacancies, so there's no space left for non-affliated students.

I have a feeling the poor kids of PSLE 2010 are going to have a tough time as I believe the COPs would go up next year. It's been the trend almost every year, one year up, next year down. Well, I may be wrong!

Understand that! But it cannot happen that for three years , S1 posting has no one puttting PLMGS as one of the early option & there is atleast 1 place left.

I guess officially there is 200 places to be allocated for PLMGS in MOE system , but school can take 25-30 more...
