No, parents are not invited. The badge initiation is more of an event about the RGS family, I guess, and the principals, teachers, seniors, etc will be involvedkuancs:

Definitely pinafore+blouse+tie!
Don't worry so much though! I didn't know a single thing before i went to RGS but look i still made it. Just relax because there will be plenty of instructions and rehearsing even.
