2014 P1 Registration Exercise for 2015 In-Take

mummy of 3:
No, you can't jump from one CHIJ school to another.
No to my understandingmuffin:
Hi ,
Pardon my ignorance!
Are the old girls of CHIJ recognized across all its schools for P1 registration.
e.g. old girl of CHIJ Kellock to register for CHIJ Toa Payoh?
Thanks in advance for your advice!
Because your PSLE certificate or your primary school report card printed that you're an old gal from CHIJ Kellock, not from Toa Payoh.
in your case -
you can register your girl at CHIJ Kellock, under Phase 2A.
subsequently, then seek transfer into CHIJ Toa Payoh. -

A very very very late reporting!! DS born in 2008 and I had been doing research since she was 2 YO! But I had a bad 2012 so stop surfing all websites and by the time I wake up, most PV application had closed! Moreover most school only accept PV within 2km now. And I know I'm too late for GRL (was intending to join CCMC as I'm still looking for a property near to school). I'm in a real fix and so stressed now. Any recommendation on what I should be doing? I'm aiming at NYPS.
in your case now,
too late to try Phase 2B GRC.
average need 3 years:-

you can only try balloting for Nanyang primary under less than 1 km, Phase 2C. Hope for the best !
be mentally prepared to consider other back up school(s) too. -
so how true is this rumor?
my friend's kids study at ACS and they stay at simei... so far...
i stay opp SCGS and my chances of getting in the school is... i don't know. thinking maybe i should just apply at CHIJ Our Lady Queen of Peacexh mummy:
I have heard rumors that those who wants to register their kid into their old schools but have shifted out of 2km will not be considered as phase 2A anymore. If this is true, then it will increase the chance of those staying <1km but under phase 2C. Anyone heard of this?

hi parents in this thread,
my girl is going P1 in 2015 too. I staying along upper boon keng road but there isnt any school within 1km
I'm thinking of GMPS, Bendemeer Pri or Hong Wen.
Any comments on how high changes to get into which school?
Should i need to do any PV work?
Quite worried she cannot get into any of these schools... -

If I apply for a chool of choice at Phase 2C, that means I would have to forfeit my chance into another school under phase 2B (if qualified), is that right?
Will all the schools excersise the Phase registration and selection on the same day?
Thanks!
