:mad: Unbelievable . . . . . .the school transport is supposed to drop off my girl at 2.15pm. Guess what the bus driver missed out on my daughter's route and only drop her off at 3.20pm . . . . . .I was worried sick for the 1 soild hour standing in the bus stop. Called the bus company twice for updates. First time told me that she would contact the bus driver and update me. 15 mins passed and no reply so I called up again and now the lady told me, sorry we are not able to contact the driver !!!!!!! I felt so helpless on the first day. After long painful hour of waiting restlessly, finally never been so happy to see that mini school bus with my girl all tired. When asked the driver said he was not aware that there was last minute changes in he route. What a first day experiences !!!!!! :scared:

oh gosh! Did you feedback to the person incharge @ MinYang? The sch bus system is usually quite messy for the first 2 weeks at least. I remember few years back, the school bus driver did not come to pickup my girl on the first day. The bus driver forgot to pickup few of us staying at the end of Punggol North! End up I have to drive her to school.

Nope I directly after picking up my girl called CHIJ and logged a report on the incident. I was put to the Operations Manager. He took note of the case and told me like what you have said … first few days give the drivers to settle down with the routes. Besides he is aware that I am not the first one to report the incident and it seems many other parents were also not happy with the transporation arrangement.

my girl in P5 now, I can say that the transport arrangment is getting from bad to worse :(. last year, bus driver did not come 2 twice, always late, change driver 3 time...hope this year will be better
