Bump. Temasek Secondary School just updated the layout of their school Web site! http://www.temaseksec.moe.edu.sg
Plus, TMS offers GREAT opportunity for each and every single one of all TEMASEKIANS to be a leader. It also focuses on breaking records and is famous for it - each year they will at least break one. TMS also offers flexibility in streaming and other areas.
Next, TMS is also GREAT for servicing the community. It will definitely participate in the President's Challenge every year and go out on the streets to ask for donations. Then, they will visit the hospitals and beneficiaries to chat with the old.

Heard many good feedbacks about Temasek Secondary School but also heard from some that the school’s building is old, tables and chairs worn out, etc. They do not have a proper auditorium? Wonder how true as environment is equally important for us.

They have already replaced the old furnitures, like chairs & tables. Next year, completely new.

my dd just got into Temasek Secondary for 2012. went to the registration day on 22nd, noted that the 2nd level classrooms are old looking, toilets door breaking etc…so my dd was not too enthusiastic after what she has seen. have fedback to the school about that as well, hope they do something to fix them. wonder the new chairs/tables are really there for the students.

not sure what you meant by \"old looking\" but my niece said that due to the complaints/feedbacks from parents, they will get new furnitures when school starts in 2012.
nevertheless, the students have proven that they can do well despite the \"poor studying conditions\" (as deemed by some parents). the school has done consistently well for past few years in the O and N level exam, including the N level results annoucement recently.
i think this is more important than having a wonderful campus but the school does not add value to the students. -

I’m js ,just graduated from temasek sec
Despite the dirty toilet(whom principal has agreed to make it new) , I find that the environment there is good.
Teachers are responsible and caring.
In sec4 mr tan the hod of math , sacrifice his weekend by giving us extra support on mathematics .(E/A)
My el weren’t up to standard , and thus the school turned 5 of us into a small class taught by ms Sharon koh , an awesome + really very good teacher.
Before I came to this school , ive heard that some other schools in the east have students who smoke, bullying and etc. so far , I would say I didn’t see anyone in my school who smoke . I was given the chance to be student leader and Msoh was our suppppper committed teacher in charge… and I became more outspoken haha.
Some of u guys may think that because I’m the student of this school , and hence it is only right for me to named all these positive stuff. But , let me questioned you guys if this school weren’t so good , why would I spent my time typing all these ummm hahahaaha…
In addition , there is a lot of events going on between sec1-3 , and on sec 4-5 our school requested us to put more on our studies. There will be twice feedback session between teacher and parents /year …
