Well, parents are invited to participate in school celebrations like Chinese New Year & National Day. There will be several performing arts days and talks for parents of the respective levels that parents can attend. Then there are the Sec sch Open House (in May), SCGS Family Day, SCGS Carnival, Peranakan Nite ... This list is not exhaustive. Do Check out the school's website for the dates of these events. -
May I know which is the top class in P3 this year. thanks

I read somewhere in this thread that text books will be kept in class. So this means my P1 dd does not need to lug a big bag to school?

Hi there,
Does anyone know the School bus service route or their contact? Do parents contact them directly for school bus services? -

The teachers do not keep those textbooks. The girls are allowed to leave the books under their tables or in their lockers. And the teachers will remind the girls to bring their books back for revision when the exam is approaching.
What this also means is that the parents will not have the books to revise with their girls at home. So I know many parents have two sets of textbooks, especially the Chinese textbook. We do not really need the other textbooks. -
Thanks alng!
Hi KT11, you can contact the school bus coordinator Anna Siow @ 91073366. -
Thanks iop!

Hi, sorry to intrude here (my girls don’t go to SCGS) but I live in the area and would appreciate it if anyone could recommend a good maths tutor for Prim 4 who can come to the house? Many thanks!
