Does anyone know how are the girls stream into their P4 classes? I know that fr P2 to 3 - it’s academic based … but was surprise that the P4 classes were changed again.

Last year during the PTM I asked the Form mistress and she replied that in the past the gals are allocated based on their Maths results..but that would change in 2013 and the school had not finalised the change before the school close (and that is why the gals are not told of their new class until the sch reopens)

This year my gal said most of her classmate (esp her best friends) are still with her in the same class , and the class size increase to 42..she suspects that her class is best in English.

i think starting from p3...the girls will be streamed into different classes till p6, according to their overall results.

Thanks for the sharing. Bebe, is your girl still in Lily? Mine is, but not sure if that’s still one of the top 2 classes with Ixora.

Hi, grateful if you could share how do you affix the velcro on to the belt? Do you just stick on or sew it on? If you just stick it on, wouldn’t it drop out while washing?

I sewed the Velcro on with a few stitches - painful but it’s sure to drop.

i sewed the velcro on, all over several times...super ks to make sure it stays.
on the back of the pinafore, i ironed on some name tags bought from daiso which allows me to write her name...thanks to experienced mummies' advice.

since it's the first streaming done at end of p2, don't be too worried about the classes posted to. ultimately, what is more important is to prepare the girls for more difficult subjects as well as science. chinese is tougher...and it's normal chinese :frustrated:

She has PAL tmr… What’s that? Does she need to be in PE attire?
