Selangor, Genting, plus other parts, stayed in four star hotel. Ds said they went to places like strawberry farms, ostrich farms. He took video of baby elephants (they look really cute!) and goats. They also visited bakery where they made their own jam. I dare not taste it though.

Was worried when he had not returned so late last night so I posted yesterday to see if anyone had returned. Turned out they came back in different time slots - my ds' last destination was quite far. so they took quite long to arrive Singapore. Furthermore, there was a traffic jam, so he only reached home at 10pm. But tomorrow no sch for year 2s, so they can rest a day more. He enjoyed it.

Anyone sec 1 ds has manage to scan thru his current EZ-Link card and enter by gate 7 (entrance outside Marymount mrt station) ?

Primary School EZ Link cards have no access to any gates.. Only Sec School EZ Link cards have access.. Meanwhile, have to 'tong-pang' the seniors when they enter by the gates lor..

Hi everyone! How is the orientation camp? It proves to be quite vigorous for me. Does anyone here in classes JKLM? Can you share with all of us your experiences there? Heard that IJKLM are the top classes. Wish all of you a fresh new start for 2013! :celebrate:

Thanks firefly38 for the response. Do you know when they will get the sec EX-Link card? Currently my ds is walking from Marymount station to High school gate every morning. Does the JC students start at the same time as them? He does not want to be ferried by car anymore after the orientation haha.. what a big change.

Yes, anyone know? ...but the text book are so thin that I feel no harm just bring along. What is the dismissal time on 9 Jan? wonder if they will stay till evening Investiture ?

hshs, do you know this year presnetation is on which date ? Understand that other constituency, photo is taken automatically for each recipient, they even print the photo on the spot to let them bring home.


You know I am so disappointed, due to an error, a merit bursary letter was sent to us instead of the scholarship, after investigation, I was told we will rec the correct scholarship award in end Jan/earlyFeb, by then I guess the presentation ceremony is over. I happen to be in the same constituency as you.
