It will depend on what you are looking for in a school. If you want very academic driven school, SJIJ is not. But if you want a more holistic school, it is but of course you cannot expect much for the second language, Chinese. The direction of school might change (I am not too sure) cause there is a change in principal. -

Typically Phase 2a has no balloting as there is no quote on the no of seats. -
