For those reporting at NJC this morning, can confirm if the sch has taken in 188 students @ this morning? I am trying to guage our chance of successful appeal.


Hubby said the pin-up on the white board tallied 188 students accepted.

They are taking in 200 Sec 1 students this year, confirmed by Principle.

Wah, u so free to count ah? Never crossed our minds, and the boards all disappeared by 10+am when we were done. Yah, the principal only mentioned in her address that those in the lecture theatre are among the privileged 200 accepted by njc. Nothing abt 188.

I did not see the notice. Hubby was the one who told me this after we got back home.

We reached NJC around 9.30am. I think all pupils n parents were already in the lecture hall for the principal's briefing.

Hi, if i am not wrong, NJC will only start school on jan 11 next year so maybe explains why appeal results only out by/on jan 8.

What was the information that you had to fill out in the appeal form ?

The items on the form are pretty std- personal particulars, contact no., PSLE score, Key CCA, Awards.

There was a paper box for applicants to put in the appeal. Saw only a handful when we were there. Then next moment the box was emptied. I paiseh to ask.
