Yes, need to look at T.O.P date. I am one of the agents marketing the project - Its TrilinQ. Not trying to sell anything here but just sharing that the project should be launched in Feb. We believe the price will be higher than 1300psf because surrounding condos e.g Carabelle have already hit 1200 psf. Looking at the scale of the 755units project I think construction likely need 3 years.

Trilinq is 99yrs leasehold whereas most condo at west coast area is 999 or FH. Botannia is one of the best condo, 3yrs old with average selling price $1250.

Just want to share with parents who wish to send their kids to Nan Hua. My child is there this year. NH is a SAP school where chinese is studied at higher level. The school emphasis alot on chinese even the national pledge in chinese. School song which everyone knows is in chinese. You will find alot of lessons are conducted in chinese such as civic, social studies and moral eduction. School is very strict in the handwriting especially on chinese. Every wrong stroke will be deducted point even though your child may know the character but the stroke is written not to the standard of the school will be considered wrong. I think this is a good training and habits for children to adopt.

If you truly want your child to immerse in chinese culture, this is a school you can go. Don’t go to school by looking at PSLE results. NH parents make a lot of efforts to help their children along. It is the partnership between the school and parents to bring up the results of the school. School emphasis alot on parents partnering with the school. This is how NH is able to achieve great results.

MOE did not break down number of pupils registered, by distance range.
(ie. less than 1 km, between 1 to 2 km, beyond 2 km)
you may however contact the school, inquire detailed breakdown (if keen)
