Son completed his coloring when he brought back home but requested help to put some glitters. I thought it was already well done without the glitters but he insisted to have it today. Completed his journal as well on Friday night because it is typically busy days for us during the weekend.

Instead of packing lunch, we will give extra pocket money for him to buy his own lunch.
      sdgaL:

Ohhhh...my daughter have not started on her journal and the colouring is done half way
      ..your son complete both already?

PAL start tomorrow. ...DH is so worried that his daughter would starve and bought muesli bar for her but she don't like it :slapshead:

Ohhhhh..your son is a fast worker..mine will take her own sweet time....some more like to bargain...

My dd would not be packing lunch also...would be giving her extra money for lunch..

Did he say why he do not like going to the hall?

My son has been exploring the canteen since he refuses to bring his own snacks to school. I think he is making friends with the canteen operators 😂 he is planning to patronize the pizza store tomorrow 😄

My son said he don't like to go to the hall for assembly but likes to go classroom. He has homework for the past few days. He did his journal and need to decorate his own journal, paste photo on social studies.

I have been preparing snack and fruit for him for last week. I will prepare lunch and snack for every Fri PAL.

My dd also dont like to bring her own snacks too...she has been buying bread, corn flakes, boiled egg for her recess time....

He said is boring and nothing to do in the hall. I asked him to buy snack at canteen but he refused said don’t want to spend the money. He only used coins to call me through public phone.

The kids are expected to do silent reading in the hall 😄

Your son will be a good saver. I have to remind my son not to buy anything from the bookshop without my permission.

Just sent my son to school and saw a lot of parents and maids feeding the kids eating lunch outside the gate. Also saw some parents bring lunch box and go into the school. Is the school allow parents to bring lunch to school or bring the kids outside the gate to eat lunch during PAL day’s lunch hour?

Sorry about the wrong emoticon in earlier post.

It will be very messy if parents start going into the school with lunch boxes.

                      No problem.

Just a bit worry that kids will go out the gate themselves to look for their parents. Saw a kid walking around and a teacher approach her and asked her is her mum bringing food for her. She said no so teacher calling the teacher in charge and ask her go canteen buy food.

Thought they say that the kids are not allowed to leave the school compund? I have thought of asking my mother in law to bring food to my dd.. but in the end decided to ask my dd to buy food at the canteen instead.....later must ask her what she eat...
