I got it from iNET. But it takes long time to download so just wait until you get to see the Excel File.

Yes, and sometimes 4, I was told. Reason the senior gave was that Yr1 the girls have more time and will train more.

Yes, they practise 3 times a week. If selected to be in the school team they would need to practice 4 times a week near/ during competition period. They practise in school but coming close to competition they would practise in safra yishun. They've a monthly external \"competition\", usually on weekend (can be sat or sun) at safra yishun.
