Nov 1st is last day for term 4.
I'm confused on the week numbering. Are we in week 2 or week 3 now. DS said they had week 2 Assembly today. But parent portal indicate that this is week 3. DS will hv History test on week 5. So need to know the correct numbering. -
First week of Jan was Week 0, going by MOE calendar. So this week is Week 2.

Jan 2nd to 4th was considered week 0, so we are in week 2 now. Anyway, HCI started on Jan 7th.

My ds's primary school (SAP school) usually has 1 extra day off for Chinese New Year. I thought it could be the same for HCI since it is also a SAP school.
For primary schools, there will be only 9 weeks for term 4 (from Sep 16th to Nov 15th). If HCI's term 4 ends on Nov 1st, there will be only 7 weeks. -

yes, for term 4, it's shorter. This means that the kids have longer school holidays. -
Dear Mumies,
How come Hwa Chong only have 1 PE lesson per week. For those art CCA the physical exercise is not enough. Do they have one afternoon sports for those art CCA like RV? -

I do know that Library has their own after-CCA sports.Dear Mumies,

The 1 hour is not enough, hence it is advised to go and use the school facs for afternoon sports before CCA or after school since most Clubs and Societies CCA do not have a lot of training. -
Yes usually HC has one more day hol for CNy than other schools.
