Hmmm…yes I know HIPS is a better choice but whether he can cope is another question. Any ideas of how the kids are like at HIPS? Behaviour wise?

Personally I’d go for HIPS. if he gets a gd tuition teacher / enrichment course that can make learning CL fun, then overall he might be average in HIPS chinese-wise, but still not totally demoralised.

just called the school and they say they will get back to me on PV…

anybody is already a PV at holy innocents? (for 2008 child)… do you know if there are many PVs already? Is there any quota for PVs?
