I have another question for the yr 2 girls… Do you usually keep all your text books in your school locker? what are the things DD will need to carry in her bag on a daily basis?

Cant rmb the starting day of smo training....yr child will receive the letter stating the training period...
SMO competition does contribute 2 pts to CCA ( Leaps pts)
( for my gal, she received the 2 pts, but dunno if there is any changes)

I suggest u read thru the pages in this DHS thread.....
u can get information pertaining to yr concern of 3 rd lang, HCL, CCA and other subjects which i have/ as well as other parent contributed....

Yup, agree....most classes are united, strong class bonding...esp after a period of time..

Read about O level classes … more pupils this time in our DHS. What does this mean ? I thought when the teacher said if Chinese cannot get at least a C by Sec 2 then must do O level…isn’t this O level or express Chinese as compared to Higher Chinese ? Only for Chinese right ?


Is this O level express Chinese taken in Sec 3 ? and if pass can try HCL in Sec 4 ?
(like in other sec schs ) Or doomed to take Chinese H1 at A level ? that means another 2 years of an extra subject that will eat into study time for other subjects!
