Ya, I think the consent form was prepared by my boy’s form teacher. She is quite nice and responsible, always come out to the pickup point to talk to the parents even she is not the teacher bringing the kids out. She gave us her hp number so we can sms or whatsapp her if have any queries.

Hi...

That's good to hear..my daughter's form teacher has provide her Hp no. and email address in the time table..and her response is fast I must say....just thought that it would be nice to have the consent form so that the adults at home would know that his/her child do not venture out of the school. However, I do feel that it is also my responsibility to drill my daughter not to venture out of the school unless it is school dismissal.

Received the name tags yesterday

I remembered that I have to make payment and filled up a form with the name I wanted to be on the tag 2 years ago for my dd but seems like it is now \"by default\". Waiting to get payment information from the teacher. Maybe it is free this year? :evil: :evil:

I have received them also....so suprise..as I thought need to pay money also....

Does the nametag reflects the the full name? My dd's nametag only have her 1st name...maybe name too long....

Not the full name. I had my DD's full name on her first batch of name tags. It is doable but the letters may be slightly smaller to fit into the tag. Had reduce to only first and last name in her new name tags though. Although it is press on type, I suggest to sew it on because I have seen the tag coming off after a couple of washing.

Hope he has a speedy recovery. For myself and sdgal, we did not receive any order forms but the tags were given to them on Monday. One pack consists of 8 name tags.


Saw couple of students with name tags on the wrong place today. I think it is still better for some form of notice before the tags were given out. The right place to put the name tags is mention in the student handbook (dairy) page 16.
