Last yr, some bad pple here 😆 at me bcos I had to cajole - arm-twist more like it - ds to start preparing for SA2. So this year err ... can I be equally bad and 😆 at you? Hahaha!
Cannot la.. u seek revenge on wrong person ler. We're both parents in the same boat & somemore same line, must help each other..
Btw your arm-twisting must have work such that your DS ends up in the top class *admire* Any tactics to share?

The way I look at the banding - it’s helping the children to learn according to their ability. Otherwise, it may kill their interest in the subject altogether.

If not for this forum, I would not have any idea of the banding.

Just asked my son and he told me that he would walk over to next class for his Math class (he’s M3). He’s not too bothered by the banding and I can see that he still likes the subject (which is great)!

Anyone has any clue as to the full title of the Malay textbook used for P3 MCCA? My boy keeps saying it’s the "Bahasa Melayu "book. Thanks.

BTW, I didn't buy any Science or Maths textbooks on the book list. Is it required? Will the teacher need the My Pals pupil books? seems like except for CL, the textbooks are only for reference at home?

DS took 3 hours to learn moxie and tingxie last night. 2 of 6. 😂

I asked ds this morning but (unsurprisingly) he can't remember the title of the text. All he could mustered was this book is currently out-of-stock in the bookshop.

I don't think so, otherwise it'll be in the school's published calendar.

FQW, all my son could tell me was that it's called \"Bahasa Melayu\" He told me this morning that one girl in the class managed to buy the book in time for the lesson yesterday. I told him to check the title with his classmate or ask form teacher today. Will see what he says later today.
