That was what the admin lady told me when I called up this morning when I inquired, and she picked up the phone. Perhaps you may call to verify. Tq. But I did not ask if she was the officer in charge of p1 registration matter. I did not ask for her name. She was the one that picked up the call. I spoke the truth. Unless I was given wrong info by her.

Time is now 4.05pm 19 feb 2013. I called chij kellock again. This time I asked for name of the person on the line. She is ms hema. She confirmed last year 2012 phase 2c balloting was conducted beyond 2 km.
