When he used the brolly earlier, I thought it was bcos of rain. But of late there was no rain but he used that for support...son saw news on tv and asked 'how come that man had to walk with the support of an umbrella when he is not that old' :rotflmao:

It's really hard to believe what he mentioned in court. Who is lying...who is saying the truth? Has this fella really been reduced to a nervous wreck?

so much drama... is he respecting the court? the things that he have been saying and doing makes him look really desperate

Claimed he was sobbing...begged the director of CPIB etc etc etc.
How could an educated person be so lacking in humanity and values?
Court adjourned yesterday...wonder what will he be up to today.
Thank goodness his wife didn't show up in court.

        his wife in Japan

Stay in Japan in the meantime...avoid the media. At least she is secure with her family members.
Not worth to face this kind of nonsense caused by husband.

This will end up backfire badly on him if he cannot convince the judge that there is no corruption intent when he received the gifts and sexual gratification from DK. Good luck to him. A long sentence awaits.

if he is convicted, will his sentence be longer than 6 weeks for those 48 men involved with that underaged 17 year old pros ?

On the other hand, it's also not easy for the prosecutor to prove that he had the intent to give, or had given, favorable grade to DK in return for accepting the favors and her gifts. Especially after DK's damaging testimonies.

I think corruption defines not just by accepting the gifts and favors, but by returning the favor?
