      Hi smurf,

You can used marzipan sold at Phoon Huat to make your own figurines.
Just knead it with added food coloring & shaped it to the pattern u want. 😉

I did try using marzipan for my church mate's 2 tier wedding cake. But now, no time to do any baking.

          Hi,

Is parchment paper the same as baking paper?

I want to try and 'baked' spagetthi in parchment paper but not sure if they're the same. Also, wonder if i need to use 2 pieces, worried it might leak.

          Thanks!

Yes, parchment and baking paper are the the same. Both are non-stick. Note they're not the same as greaseproof paper.

                    Hi

May I know what is the difference between
                    1) Cake flour, Top flour and Hong Kong flour.
                    2) Hong Kong flour and Hong Kong 水仙 pao flour what is the difference.

I come across another type of SCS butter packing, it much cheaper than those sliver packing from supermarket. Does anyone know what is the difference.

                    Thanks

Same here.. I buy from phoon huat too..!

But not all phoon huat is the same.. for e.g. the one at AMK is more well stocked than the one in Hougang central.. but the good thing is they are all usually quite friendly, and the items have product code so it's also easy to call up and ask..!
