I will normally not stock up my freezer for CNY as we will hardly be home for meals. But this year no choice liao and last minute summore.

DD came back with spots all over her torso yesterday. Went to the doctor, confirm chicken pox. Poor girl was 😒 . She was looking forward to all the munching and gatherings.

I din boil once if i nid to fry it.. i juz fry my garlic first.. den add in the broccoli and carrot.. add in the oyster or abalone sauce wif a bit of water.. for better taste.. u can use the 2nd round of water that you use to wash your rice and add it into the sauce.. n let it slightly boil for a while... good enuff.. hope this helps.. my kids love broccoli.. πŸ˜‰
