I wish I can go for early morning walks in the parks near my house daily. Breathe some fresh air before I start my day.

Strolling down the aisles of a nice spacious supermarket during non-peak period. That's therapeutic. πŸ™‚

          There are many ways actually.

          Most already mentioned.

          For me..
          Only one way works!

I sleep, wash the toilet, mop the floor… I find that to be occupied by some other chore which requires almost little brain work works for me.

I had a very tensed moment yday in the office. Obviously I could not sleep, wash the toilet or mop the floor. What I did is, I took a 15min break doing these - water my plants and brough them to the pantry window ledge to sun, file some working papers, pack my work station, went to the loo, wash my cup… All the no brain work but some leg work. When I was back, I felt much better.
