How to destress?

Strolling down the aisles of a nice spacious supermarket during non-peak period. That's therapeutic.

There are many ways actually.
Most already mentioned.

I sleep, wash the toilet, mop the floor⦠I find that to be occupied by some other chore which requires almost little brain work works for me.
I had a very tensed moment yday in the office. Obviously I could not sleep, wash the toilet or mop the floor. What I did is, I took a 15min break doing these - water my plants and brough them to the pantry window ledge to sun, file some working papers, pack my work station, went to the loo, wash my cup⦠All the no brain work but some leg work. When I was back, I felt much better. -
Find things to throw is pretty therapeutic for me.

Two double storey supermarkets in my zone - though huge but packed!
No such thing as off peak and need more skill to maneuver a trolley through human traffic than driving a car :rotflmao:
