Here's the explaination:

人日”亦称“人胜节”、“人庆节”、“人口日”、“人七日”等。
传说女蜗初创世，在造出了鸡狗猪牛马等动物后，于第七天造出了人，所以这一天是人类的生日。

捞鱼生
南方一些地区，人们有在人日节“捞鱼生”的习俗，捞鱼生时，往往多人围满一座，把鱼肉、配料与酱料倒在大盘里，大家站起身，挥动筷子，将鱼料捞动，口中还要不断喊到：“捞啊！捞啊！发啊！发啊！”，而且要越捞越高，以示步步高升。
