      Glade:
1 cup of coffee in the morning is enough to get me going for the whole day.

      Which brand?

I’m usually up at 5.30am. Before my morning walks/run, I will be nodding off by about 11am. But since I started exercising, I am usually pretty ok for the rest of the day.

Lethargy can be due to lack of exercise. Feeling sleepy close to lunch time could be because you are running low on fuel. Munch on some nuts or dried fruits and perk yourself up with a cup of tea. Likewise for the late afternoon yawns. Get up stretch go walk round the office block, that helps too. Break the monotony of staring at the screen the entire afternoon.

I just drink the coffee from a nearby coffee shop. Coffee I do not go for expensive ones. I just need them to be effective. Once in a while, I love either making high tea at home or going for high tea in cafes.

Simply love these simple enjoyments. Good book/iPad + high tea –> my dream lazy afternoon.

I definitely think I m lacking exercise. I'm still considering what options I have. Maybe take up cycling.

Strangely, I rarely feel sleepy in the afternoon at the office. I only feel sleepy in the afternoon at home and on weekends... all the time 🦆
