DS comes back complaining feeling tired lately and asked for coffee, claiming it helps him reduce tiredness. Rejected him of cse, but would like to ask mummies what is good for DC to reduce tiredness (other than sleep early, power nap)? Does 泡参 helps? Or any other easy to drink tonic/booster cos I am working and not able to make 泡参 for him if he needs it when I am at work.

My son was also very tired last year...thought it was due to puberty.
Could be due to weather. It's not possible to sleep early with so much homework...more to come after June. With power nap, problem is they are so tired and find it difficult to wake up.
Try Eu Yan Sang ginseng...the tea bag type which just requires hot water.

                chicken essence helps.

I think power nap is the best. Ds sometimes naps for 15 mins on the sofa or in the car.

So nice! DS takes time to fall asleep even when he is tired. If he takes power nap, it is not easy to wake him up after 30mins. I have to 'drag' him out of bed. So my way is to exercise with him to pump him up!

Same, DS oso takes time to fall asleep every night. What kind of exercise do you all do with them? Wun they feel physically more tired? I am working so it has to be something he can/feels motivated to do on his own... haiz...

I am wishing I can take more time off to be with him during this so-difficult period...

Power nap is really good. I even use it for myself.
