How can I request for ONE PARTICULAR venue, do you know? I recall I can only ask for the \"area\", eg. North, West, Central, etc. But can I say I want a particular centre? I really hated the centre they gave last time (it was in the next town, when there's an exam centre just near my house which I preferred - nice studio with grand piano too). The one we were assigned to was horrid. -

can i just quickly enroll in a music school and register under it?

Phankao, you can try emailing directly with your applicant no and see whether they can put you in a particular venue.

Ok. Thanks for the suggestion! When I next register for my son's dip exam, I want one particular venue, so I will email right after I submit online.
Bc once they allocate, not much chance changing. -
For Dip exams there aren’t many venues to choose from. Not all cater for Dip. And because there aren’t that many Dip entries, they will try to group them as much as possible.

Kathyh, I doubt any music schools would allow you to do that - register but not learn under them.

oh, it is possible, as long as as Dreamaurora said , pay, ... but the problem is i don't want to have the school's name on the cert.

You will have to speak with the person who does the actual registering and payment. You can actually specify the presenter when filling the online form.oh, it is possible, as long as as Dreamaurora said , pay, ... but the problem is i don't want to have the school's name on the cert.
