Parent Notification dated 14 Jan 2013 shows that for Eng, they would be tested on Grammar, Vocab & Editing. They had a mock test today & so it wld be similar to the test format. For Maths, it would be numbers to 1000, addition & subtraction within 1000. For the practical test, the topics are Length & Mass. Chinese tests would be in May. The teachers shd be sending out the topics and format to be covered after the Mar hols. Hope this helps

They allocated the space, but still waiting for MOE approval. So might still be awhile....

I hope Moe can approve this soon. I hope to start doing some part time work. My son is in Pri 3, and the younger one is just in pri 1 at de la salle.

Do you know whether De La Salle is supportive with special need kids? My older boy is in DLS. My younger one will join his ‘Kor Kor’ in 2 years time. I feel that DLS academically quite stressful. I am wondering whether the teacher will support those delayed children. Example can not join show and tell due to speech delay, dyslexia - can not read properly, can not write abcd and numbers properly. If you happen to have such kids with the same condition with my younger one, please share with me.
