The other reason for not sending son for tuition was largely because of MONEY. .

While I applaud your devotion to your kids' welfare, I just can't believe you splash so much on a branded wallet just to spite your hubby.

While I enjoy devoting time to my kids, I also have personal savings to splurge...actually there is also no need for me to explain it is not his money and there is no need to spite him.

DH has been so hands off these few years, he does not help with chores, coaching kids nor looking after kids. He really gets to do whatever he fancies after work and on most weekends.
Wow your dh super 好命 !

Luckily my dh and yours didn't compare notes :rotflmao:

I made sure my dh stayed home with me on evenings/weekends to babysit together. He complained that his colleagues get to go Bintain to play golf over weekends while he's stuck at home. He wanted to join them too. I disagreed. I also wanted to have fun but I'm stuck at home babysitting 24x7. So he shouldn't be complaining. And I believe he should stay home to bond with kids after work.

That was when kids were much younger. Now that our kids are older, he does get to play golf frequently. And I do get to meet my best friend for karoke & movie regularly 😉 He still continue to help out with house chores though.

He doesn't actively coach kids in homework. If dd1 stuck with one or two Maths question, she will go to her daddy for quick fix. And if dd2 is stuck, she will go to dd1. They won't bother asking me because they decided long ago I'm hopeless in Maths :skeptical:

Buds, I really like that despite being so super duper busy and literally hands full, you remain positive, cheerful and humorous. No wonder your hubby wants to have so many babies with you! 😉 :rahrah:

Hi, I need advice/ feedback from mummies here whether the Philip/novita steam iron like 'vacuum cleaner 'type. Is it better than those conventional iron or steam iron using with the ironing board? My conventional iron just broke down so thinking of getting one soon.TIA

:hugs: Don't compare. There are many individual differences in circumstances that you won't know online. Single income can range from $4k to $50k a month. Commitments can be a flat bought at a high or a condo unit bought at a low. Number of dependents, allowances for parents, long term medical bills etc. All different. There are SAHM with maids and a car, and others bao ka liao. Even among these two groups, there are the well buffered and the poorly buffered.

Just do what you think is best for your family, you cannot do anymore than that.
                    Totally agree! :goodpost:
