Anyone having problem with picking up your children after work? How do you cope with that?

When my DC were in CC, I got my MIL to help. Unless you can knock off work earlier like 5.30pm, which still could be quite rush depending on the distance from work to CC/home.
Now that both in Pri Sch, I have no choice but to get a full time maid, who will fetch them from sch, give them lunch and "supervise" them at home.
I would rather be the one doing it, but can’t afford to quit… -
Have any FTWM ever wondered what if one day choose to be SAHM, will you choose this route? What will you do to supplement some income as SAHM?

Yes. Here I am. My eldest going to P1 next year, can't decide to be SAHM or send him to student care. Can't make the decision....

I hv plans to turn Sahm when my child move on to pri 1. Same thing - the student care is a consideration. But I hv heard many horror stories about student care being a source of bad influence. Which is why the thought of converting into Sahm. -

Yes. Each month he would give me a healthy sum of money. That is on top of household expenses. For household expenses, I will pay first and claim from our joint account.
