Is there a difference between Pre-school and N1?

Hi, any help given is greatly appreciated.
My daughter is going 3yrs old soon n we (hubby n I) would like to enrol her to a pre-school. Preferably near Bukit panjang or Bukit Batok. Looking at Grace House kindergarten, seventh day Adventist and Bukit Panjang Methodist kindergarten (BPMC). Thank you for your guidance. -
My understanding is that ‘preschool’ refers all formal education before P1, ie. N1 & 2, K1 & 2.

Pre school means before official primary 1 start. Thus, pre school include all level - n1 n2 k1 k2. Not just n1 only.

Yes, subsidies only applies to Childcare Centre.
