      Hi,

We didn’t get our choice of school in phase 3 of the P1 registration exercise and have been offered a place at Hong Kah Primary, instead.
According to all polls, it’s not a popular school, but I’d like to hear more than statistics. Are there any parents out there, with kids currently at the school, who can tell me what they think of the school?
      Thanks

              Hi,

My daughter is starting P1 at Dazhong in january 2013.
Has anybody already tried their in house after school student care?
As I am working, I don’t want my daughter to be left alone all the afternoons with our maid, she is very nice, but not qualified to help her so I was thinking to register my daughter with an after school student care. Any advice?
              Thanks

MOE did not break down number of pupils registered, by distance range.
(ie. less than 1 km, between 1 to 2 km, beyond 2 km)
Nor breakdown by SC / PR registered.
you may however contact the school, inquire detailed breakdown (if keen)

cannot base on historical data as last year's exception only arise from the tweak in policy to favour SC.

while PR very difficult to secure last minute PV for next year's intake, there could be a possibility of more parents outside 2km registering this year as last year's results seems in their favour.
